Autoliv Sverige AB i Vårgårda ingår i bilsäkerhets koncernen Autoliv Inc. I Vårgårda produceras och utvecklas bilsäkerhetsprodukter med huvudsaklig inriktning på passiv säkerhet. Huvudprodukter är Airbags och Stolkomponenter. Autoliv Sverige AB sysselsätter ca 1200 personer i verksamheten och omsättningen är ca 2.600 MSEK

Dynamic tests, Crash tests-full scale
Frontal, side, pedestrian, rollover and rear and velocity up to 90 km/h. all tests are preformed indoors

Dynamic tests, Sled tests
sled for tests up to 45 g. Velocity up to 80 km/h. Stopping distance up to 1,6 m

Enviromental, Aging test
Temp from -40 up to +300 C. Chambers between 1 and 17 m3. Test objects up to 4x1,8x1,8 m

Enviromental, Temperature chock
From one temperature to another within 30 sec. Temperatures from -80 to +200C. Test object up to 1,5x1x2 m

Environmental, Climate
temp rom -70 to +180 grader. Relative humidity up to 98%. Climate chambers between 1 and 18 m3. Test oject up to 2,5x1,5x1,5 m

Environmental, Corrosion
Salt fog in programmable chamber. Test object up to 1,5x1x1 m
